Join us for another Q-munity lift session at Dopamine Strength followed by delicious brunch at The Clove (Armstrong, BC).
We will be doing a combo sandbag to shoulder coupled with single arm farmer’s carry (combining two skills we have worked on together in prior sessions).
If you’re new, not to worry! Guidance will be provided and all exercises can be scaled so you can participate safely and comfortably.
