Join us for the third annual 12 hour MS Knox Challenge taking place on Saturday, September 12th on the Apex Trail at Knox Mountain, Kelowna B.C.

This is a community event, focused on honouring those diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. We come together to grieve, to celebrate, and hold hope for the future.

You can scale your participation to whatever works for you - Whether hanging out in the parking lot to chat with hikers on breaks, doing a portion or all of the trail, or going the entire day!

This event raises funds for MS Canada and any contributions from yourself or your community are appreciated.
